maggie Conrad
Founder & CEO

Maggie brings over 20 years of diverse experience to her role as a business consultant and mentor. Her journey has seen her excel as a massage therapist, certified teacher, Business Operations Manager, business owner, and coach/mentor. Beyond her professional roles, she embraces her roles as a mom, wife, autistic individual, and member of the queer community. With a penchant for laughter, cooking, problem-solving, and spreadsheet wizardry, Maggie finds joy in realizing people's aspirations and achieving the seemingly impossible.

Acting as the hard drive of any business she touches, Maggie bridges the gap between creativity and profitability for entrepreneurs. She streamlines processes, develops training materials, manages budgets, orchestrates communications, and overall gets shit done. When clients dare to dream, Maggie serves as their catalyst for transformation, bringing their visions to fruition. Grounded in compassion and integrity, she fosters a supportive environment where individuals can thrive, working collaboratively to create a brighter world for all.

Maggie is currently on an exciting journey, pursuing a Master's degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing. Her passion for continuous learning and growth fuels her commitment to bringing cutting-edge, innovative strategies to Little Light Solutions. Maggie's ultimate goal is to elevate the client experience and drive impactful results through creative, forward-thinking approaches.

Ziggy Odogun-Williams

Describing Ziggy's essence in mere words proves challenging—it's a tapestry woven from love, joy, enthusiasm, motivation, and spiritual depth. A handsome soul, she thrives on spreading these virtues wherever she goes, adapting effortlessly to diverse environments. Ziggy's journey began on the football fields of England, transitioning into an inspiring coach for over 8 years, mentoring age groups spanning 8 to 24 years old. Alongside coaching, she embraced roles as a professional fitness trainer, strength and conditioning coach, and motivational speaker, all while honing her craft as a self-taught photographer, traversing over 36 states in the U.S. to share her passion.

After graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Allied Health, Ziggy continued her academic pursuit by obtaining a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and Change in 2024. Her life's mission resonates deeply—to catalyze change, cultivate equity, and inspire perseverance in others. Armed with knowledge and empathy, she empowers individuals to surmount any obstacle, equipping them with the resilience to transcend life's challenges.
